About the house Onderbergen 37 is a restored concierge house built around 1880, with period features such as high ceilings, parquet floors and marble mantelpieces. The house is spacious and bright and located in the centre of Ghent.

Living RoomBright, spacious living room with seating arrangement for 8 people; large flat screen TV with digital cable subscription (Telenet - includes BBC, CNN, Al Jazeera and many more in several languages), radio with iPod dock, cosy mood lighting for the evenings and large windows that bring in lots of light in the daytime. Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with 4 induction cooking plates, fridge, freezer, large combi microwave oven, dishwasher, laundry machine, tumble dryer, dinnerware and cooking equipment. There is also a large kitchen table that comfortably seats 8 people. Balcony The kitchen opens onto a large balcony with a table for 4 (but there is enough space to add more chairs from the kitchen, 10 people can easily sit on the balcony). This is the only place where smoking is allowed. Utility Room With iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning materials. |

Second Floor
Master BedroomLarge bedroom at the front of the house with very comfortable twin beds that can be joined to make a king size bed. There is a double wardrobe with a lot of storage space, mood lighting, and a small balcony. En suite Bathroom The Master Bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Study / 4th Bedroom Multifunctional room at the back of the house, connected to the master bedroom, which can be used as a study or as a 4th bedroom when required. It has two single sofa beds. |

Third Floor
2nd BedroomThe second bedroom is a large room at the front of the house, with twin beds that can be joined to make a king size bed, a desk with 2 chairs, an armchair, clothes rack and a dresser. 3rd Bedroom Cosy bedroom at the back of the house with 2 single beds, a cute chair and wardrobe. Bathroom Bathroom with shower and toilet. |
